Virtual package relying on WebKitGTK 4.1
This package can only install if the WebKitGTK development files (webkit2gtk-4.1) are installed on the system. WebKitGTK is the GTK port of the WebKit rendering engine; it builds on GTK 3, hence the dependency on conf-gtk3.
