Oblivious HTTP (RFC 9458) for OCaml
An implementation of Oblivious HTTP (RFC 9458): key configurations, and request and response encapsulation for clients and gateways. Messages are Binary HTTP (RFC 9292) from the bhttp package, and the cryptography is delegated to the hpke package. The library performs no I/O, so any HTTP library can carry the encapsulated messages.
